How to order
Choose a bouquet
Pick a design and a size. Standard is the bouquet in the photo; deluxe and premium add more stems. The price includes delivery.
Write your card message
A card comes with every bouquet. Type the message in the cart, in English or Thai, and it is written out as you typed it.
Give the address and the date
Any address in Thailand. Today is possible before 16:00 Bangkok time; otherwise choose any date up to 60 days ahead.
Pay by card or PromptPay
Payment goes through Stripe, in Thai baht, from any country. The bouquet is made once the order is paid.

Questions
Can I order from outside Thailand?
Yes. Order on this page and pay by card in Thai baht from any country. Delivery is within Thailand only.
Do you deliver the same day?
Yes, to any address in Thailand, when the order is placed before 16:00 Bangkok time. After that the earliest day is tomorrow. A date up to 60 days ahead can also be booked.
Is delivery included in the price?
Yes. The price on each bouquet includes delivery anywhere in Thailand and the card with your message.
What do the three sizes mean?
Standard is the bouquet in the photo. Deluxe has about 20% more stems, premium about 40% more, in the same design and wrap.
Can I change the flowers or colours?
No. Each bouquet is made as shown. If a flower is not available on the day, the florist uses the closest match in the same colour.
Can I add a vase, a teddy or chocolates?
Yes, on the Thai product pages. On this page the bouquet is ordered on its own. Message us on LINE before you order if you want an extra and we will add it to the order.
What if the recipient is not home?
The courier calls the recipient's number first. Give a phone number the recipient answers, and a note on where to leave the bouquet if they are out.
Are the flowers safe around cats?
Lilies are toxic to cats, and some other flowers can upset a pet's stomach if eaten. If a cat lives at the address, choose a bouquet without lilies or ask on LINE first.
Terms, returns and privacy
Ordering terms
- Prices are in Thai baht and include the flowers, the card and delivery to any address in Thailand.
- Order before 16:00 Bangkok time for same-day delivery. After that, the next day is the earliest. Dates up to 60 days ahead can be booked. Open every day.
- Payment is taken when you order, by card or PromptPay through Stripe. The bouquet is made once it is paid.
- Give the recipient's name, a phone number they answer, and the full address. The bouquet is delivered to that address.
- Photos show the design and the size ordered. Each fresh bouquet may differ a little from the photo.
Returns and refunds
- A bouquet is made for one recipient on the date booked. Once delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind.
- If the bouquet arrives damaged, wilted, or is not the design ordered, contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, by LINE or phone.
- We settle it at the door: nothing has to be sent back. We remake the bouquet or refund the full amount paid, within 10 days.
Privacy
- We keep only what the order needs: your name, phone and email; the recipient's name, phone, address and any note; the card message; the delivery date; what you ordered and the amount.
- This is used to contact you, make the bouquet and deliver it. We do not sell the data.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
- Google Analytics counts page views. Your browser keeps your cart and checkout details on your own device so you need not type them again.
- To correct or delete your details, message us on LINE or call. We remove anything we do not have to keep as proof of payment.
